Who am I?
I’m Craig.
By day I am a Principle Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover. Currently I am leading the Next Generation Infotainment Displays and RSE Remote projects. I’m busy as hell but I love it!
My background (prior to JLR) is 15 years in mobile telecoms working with Sony Ericsson, Sendo and Motorola. In that time I have worked in manufacturing, product validation and, for the majority, mobile handset regulatory and licencing certification (R&TTE, FCC, SAR, EMC, GCF, PTCRB, BT, USB ……).
Those 15 years in telecoms were great years and I spent time working on some amazing mobile phones (Motorola Droid for example).
By night and weekend I am a husband to an amazing wife, father to two amazing boys and a huge technology fan. I love most things mobile and social media and spend time filling my brain with information from a wide and rich variety of sources, sharing what I find interesting.
I offer out everything I write on this blog for comment and discussion as that’s what makes it interesting.
